First analysis of 4 years of data collected by a start-up in the Telehealth industry. Reported to Chief Science Officer/Founder and CEO.
- Developed the company’s first dashboard for interactive data visualization of key business metrics using R and the Shiny package, updated daily, and version control managed via Git.
- Queried databases with MySQL and analyzed client mental health improvement and usage of TAO tools with R.
- Designed survey and analyzed results of counselling center customers’ satisfaction.

Hindsight Bias and Learning – Master’s Thesis
- Designed study in Qualtrics survey engine, added functionality to alter item behaviors such as timing and click-to-view flashcards using JavaScript. Hindsight Bias and Decision Quality
- Post hoc path analyses of data from three studies to determine the effect of hindsight bias on judgments of decision quality mediated by certainty, perceived likelihood, and outcome valence in SPSS and R.

- Taught Research Methods in Psychology to 26 undergraduate students.
- Topics included: sample selection, reading and writing scholarly articles, creating surveys, conducting experiments, and univariate and multivariate statistical analyses using SPSS.
